Meet the Team
Decades of experience in Audio Visual Production Technologies with a main focus on Lighting Design around the country, Jason is very experienced with all aspects of Event Technologies from project management and technical direction to lighting, audio, video, and everything in between. Expert in hospitality, serving as Head House Manager for a theater in NY, Director of A/V of a four-star and a five-star hotel in Hawaii, and a Manager in a variety of Retail Spaces. An avid musician with a background in carpentry, Jason is a true jack-of-all-trades.

Karyn Proeschel-Boniello
For years, Karyn has worked in front-of-the house at high-capacity restaurants and high-end golf clubs in New York. She is certainly no one-trick-pony when it comes to hospitality. While in Hawaii, Karyn worked as a professional pastry cook for two different farm-to-table scratch kitchens. Upon moving back to the mainland, she attended Wake Tech's Baking and Pastry program. She also worked as a prep cook in Ashley Christensen’s prestigious AUX commissary kitchen. With an enduring passion for creative décor, Karyn has a keen eye for detail and is absolutely committed to ensuring that your special day or event is nothing short of stunning.

For her, it’s about more than making a space look beautiful—it’s about creating an experience that feels effortless, memorable, and uniquely yours. Brittany brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to everything she does. She believes in meeting people where they are, listening closely, and understanding what matters most to them. With a strong eye for aesthetics and composition, she pays close attention to even the smallest details, ensuring every element feels intentional and cohesive.
